Questions about your account, a listing, or a deal — email us and a person reads it:
How buying works
Find a card in the Shop. The price on a listing is the seller’s price; the market price next to it is calculated from recent sales, so you can see if a listing is fair. Shipping is its own line — the buyer pays it, estimated up front and locked to the real cost inside the Deal Room. Every deal gets one Deal Room record: the timeline, the condition photos, and the conversation, all in one place.
How selling works
Any member can sell. List a card from the Sell page, name its real condition, and set your price. The full rules — fees, payouts, shipping — live on the Seller Resources page.
Chase and Notify Me
When a card you want is sold out, tap Notify Me and it joins your Chase list. Your Chase list keeps the cards you are hunting in one place, with the prices you are watching.
Refunds & Returns
If your card never arrives, or it arrives different from the listing — the wrong card, a worse condition than described, damage that was not shown — open a dispute in the Deal Room before anything else. That is what the Deal Room is for.
Money that has not been released to the seller yet stays frozen while the dispute is sorted out. If the card was not as described, you can send it back; when it arrives back to the seller, your payment is returned. If money already released, we work with both sides inside the Deal Room — the whole record of the deal is in one place, so nothing has to be taken on anyone’s word.
How You’re Protected
Sellers are paid in two parts — the split release. The first half is released when the carrier’s first scan shows the package is really moving. The second half is released when the delivery scan lands, or when you tap “Card verified?” to say the card is in your hands and it is the card you bought.
If you never tap, the second half still releases 48 hours after delivery — that rule is about payout timing, and it never takes away your right to open a dispute. Tap “Something’s wrong” instead, and the unreleased money freezes while the dispute is sorted out.
Every deal’s record — what was agreed, the condition photos, the timeline, the chat — is kept in the Deal Room, and it is the evidence both sides and we look at if anything is questioned.
